I'm a coach based in Newbury, Berkshire. My background is in Strength and Conditioning, and I now implement this with my endurance athletes which is my main clientele. I offer both Online coaching and 1-1 training. Although endurance is my main area, most of my experience is in fat loss and general health.
After losing 78lbs the battle to keep the weight off began for Emma, as did overcoming the darkness that came with binge eating, anxiety and panic attacks. There was no magic pill, the key was changing her relationship with food, developing emotional strength and changing the negative habits which didn't work.

I have now been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, becoming self employed 3 years ago. I specialise in Injury Rehabilition alongside fat loss and sports performance.
