I first decided to get a coach when my development hit a plateau training alone. I'd heard of BTN through Ben's podcasts and did a lot of research before I decided to contact Polly, I'm so glad I did! Working with Polly has given me results in a few months that I didn't get in years working alone, her consistent support, understanding and knowledge has brought me on leaps and bounds from where I was when I started! Baring in mind I already trained 5 days a week when Polly and I started working together the results I've seen have been incredible. My physique has changed shape dramatically through the training methods & feeding my body to support them.
I've also learnt so much in the process - I've learnt how to balance my diet, that one bad day doesn't hurt, how time under tension can revolutionise your workout and, key for me, that carbs aren't the enemy! I've had constant contact, encouragement and reassurance from Polly with amazing results, she's a brilliant coach and I can't recommend her enough.
