After a long time of having a bad relationship with food and training, I decided I needed a coach. Polly took all stress away and helped me understand health and nutrition as well as bringing back my love for training. My time with Polly has been during my final year of university so included many ups and downs including exams, my dissertation, job interviews and moving house. Having a plan and reassurance from Polly helped a lot as it took away any self-doubt and worrying which can add a lot of stress.
