Since starting my training with Carl, I have not only lost weight but also gained in body confidence. His guidance in relation to nutrition has allowed me to create a sustainable dietary plan which does not revolve around cutting out carbohydrates completely. Having previously dieted and constantly lost and gained weight, I explained my journey to Carl. He devised an exercise routine to allow me to burn calories in a constructive way, whilst ensuring I keep a food diary allowed us both to track my progress with both exercise and in relation to my diet.
His passionate and positive approach towards his clients has given me a new outlook on training and I enjoy our sessions rather than dread them. I'd highly recommend Carl to anyone who is looking to lose weight and get healthy through positive guidance.
