As a competitive natural bodybuilder, diet and nutrition are hugely important aspects both of building muscle and of getting "stage ready" - which means hitting very low levels of body fat whilst hanging on to muscle.

I approached Ben as I was coming out of my off-season/building phase and starting to get my diet in check as the 2012 competitive season loomed.

Ben was hugely helpful, introducing me to the merits and practicalities of a range of different approaches which were potentially useful to me: IF, carb cycling, essential fats, nutrient timing and clever carb intake. He is patient, passionate about what he does and a bottomless pit of knowledge! His advice, resources and diet ideas enabled me to transition into my competition diet with a focus on health alongside fat loss, which is exactly what I needed.
