It’s honestly hard to describe the difference that signing up with Carl has made to my fitness, diet, appearance and overall health.  Since beginning training with him I’ve dropped a stone and half and moved from a 36” to a 32” waist – and my muscle tone, posture, strength and appearance have changed beyond recognition.  I’m far fitter and healthier (and in much better shape) at 40 than I ever have been – changing from only occasional physical exercise to training 4 times a week, as well as weekly running, football and waterskiing. My eating habits have also massively improved  – Carl has taught me the value of proper nutrition, binning foods that I didn’t realise were bad and just focusing on a healthy, fresh, balanced diet. He’s done this in a way that has made a healthy diet easy to adopt and stick to, and it’s amazing how much healthier and happier I’ve been since starting. If I could recommend one thing to any bloke of my age (any age!), it would be to sign up with Carl.
