Richard Taper

Rich is a serviceman in the Army and wanted more direction in his training and nutrition so that he could work on building lean muscle. This can often be a hard feat when you are not always in control of your food choices. Ben and Rich worked together over the course of a year to slowly chip away at building lean muscle and defining what Rich already had with the tools that were at our disposal. The conditions were never ideal, but over the course of a year Rich built some solid muscle and has a much improved physique as a result.
