At the time of working with Sid he was an MMA fighter 5 weeks out from his 1st fight. Sid was struggling to make weight and fight lighter and faster. Ben worked with Sid for the 5 week pre fight period. Sid wanted to drop 3% body fat in those 5 weeks. Ben was able to get Sid dialled in fast and we dropped the weight in 3 weeks enabling us to coast into the fight for the last 2 weeks strong, non-depleted, and focusing hard on performance and recovery optimisation. Sid was already someone in great shape, he just needed that last 10% to get him highly tuned. Since this period Sid has been undefeated.
